Long before we had apartments and houses, people lived in caves.
Caves sheltered Ice Age hunters from bad weather. They protected people from woolly mammoths, woolly rhinoceroses, panthers, and other animals. Weapons and tools have been found in caves. They give us clues about life some 15,000 years ago. So do the drawings on the walls.
