Some insects are all about the teamwork.
Ants, bees, wasps, and termites all live with others of their kind in a single nest, functioning as a family group. These groups divide up the labor within a nest, and each member has a job to do. Nest mates that do different work may look very different. For example, the soldiers that protect the nest usually have a big head and jaws. These four groups of social insects also cooperate in feeding and taking care of the young.
