The United States is unlike most other countries.
One reason is that it includes lots of immigrants, or people who come from other places to live in a new country. Immigrants have been coming to America for hundreds of years. They are from many different countries. Many immigrants come for the chance to start a new and better life. And they bring their cultures with them!
