Hawai`i’s citizens sometimes wonder if it’s possible for a place to be too lovely.
The state’s popularity as a tourist destination causes problems for the residents, yet no one wants to leave. And since Hawai`i’s economy is based on tourism, no one really wants the tourists to stop coming. Today, both pleasures and problems exist in the Hawaiian paradise.
