At any moment, you might be hit with g-forces, or gravity forces, five times stronger than usual. It happens when you sneeze, and your head jerks. Or when a friend slaps you on the back, and you lurch forward.
These events last only a second. So, you don’t really notice them. But if they lasted longer, you would definitely feel their effects.
Now let’s say you are in a place of microgravity, like the International Space Station (ISS). There, you would be nearly weightless. A few seconds there wouldn’t do anything to your body. But if you were up there for more time, you would feel it.
